Delta Airlines has unveiled a new travel reward that could appeal to frequent travellers, offering eligible new Delta SkyMiles American Express Card Members the opportunity to earn two round-trip Delta Comfort Flight Certificates and 50,000 bonus miles.
The first-of-its-kind offer, which runs from August 27 to November 4, 2026, is part of a wider package of limited-time offer announced by Delta and American Express as the two companies mark three decades of partnership.
Under the new offer, eligible customers who sign up for the Delta SkyMiles Reserve American Express Consumer Card and spend $10,000 within the first six months can earn two round-trip Delta Comfort Flight Certificates in addition to 50,000 bonus SkyMiles.
The flight certificates are valid for eligible travel on Delta-operated flights within the 48 contiguous United States, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Delta said there are no blackout dates, although bookings must be made at least 21 days in advance and taxes and fees of up to $80 per person apply.
The offer comes as airlines increasingly compete not only on fares and route networks but also on loyalty benefits, comfort and the overall value offered to frequent flyers.
