The Cooper Companies, Inc. (NASDAQ:COO) shares fell 15.96% in after-hours trading Wednesday after the company reported fiscal third-quarter results, announced the completion of its strategic review, and issued fiscal fourth-quarter and full-year guidance.
The stock closed Wednesday’s regular session down 6.22% at $63.48. It then fell 15.96% to $53.35 in after-hours trading.
Cooper Companies is a global medical device company operating through two business units: CooperVision, focused on contact lenses, and CooperSurgical, focused on fertility and women’s healthcare.
Third Quarter Fiscal 2026
Revenue rose 1% year over year to $1.066 billion. Non-GAAP diluted EPS came in at $1.15, up 4% from a year ago. CooperVision revenue was flat, with Americas sales down 2% and Asia Pacific down 5% organically. CEO Al White said reduced U.S. channel inventory weighed on results and is expected to continue impacting the fourth quarter. CooperSurgical revenue grew 3% organically.
