Managing Director, Pact Central Nigeria Limited, Mr Henry Onifade

The Managing Director of Part Central Limited, Mr Henry Onifade, has reaffirmed the company’s commitment to keeping Nigeria’s waterways free from pollution.

Onifade stated this in Lekki, Lagos, during a recent chat with selected journalists. This comes weeks after the official unveiling of the National Inland Waterways Authority-Part Central Inland Waterways Clean-up Initiative.

Recently, The PUNCH reported that during the official unveiling of the clean-up initiative, stakeholders urged the adoption of sustainable measures to clean Nigeria’s waterways and unlock their full economic potential.

However, giving an update on the unveiling, Onifade said, “We are happy that we can even think of possible pollution-free waterways and bring it and roll it out. Since our rollout, we have heard of different people, different associations, organisations and states that are now talking about it, which is very good for us.
