Sinha, P.E., Ph.D., will transition from his role as Chief Executive Officer to Senior Advisor effective September 11, 2026, as CIS begins a search for its next CEO.

During the transition, CIS’s Leadership Team—Sri Vedachalam, Managing Director of Advisory; Joey Monheit, Senior Operations Director; and Roland Jones, Managing Director of Client Engagement—will oversee day-to-day operations and strategic priorities, reporting to the company’s Chief Financial Officer and Board of Directors. This leadership structure will provide continuity for employees, clients, and public-sector partners throughout the CEO search.
