Lindsay Clancy's Defense Attorney Will Argue To Get The Case DismissedLindsay Clancy’s defense attorney continued his press tour Wednesday, telling “CBS Mornings” he plans to argue later this month to dismiss the case.Clancy’s trial ended with a mistrial after the jury deliberated for seven days and said they couldn’t come to a unanimous verdict. A few jurors spoke out Tuesday and said there was one holdout juror who refused to apply reasonable doubt to the verdict. Clancy’s defense attorney, Kevin Reddington, has spoken out about the trial since its end, and on Tuesday, he made a public plea to President Donald Trump to pardon Clancy. Shannon, a candidate for Oklahoma Lieutenant Governor who is endorsed by President Donald Trump, is also scheduled to appear.
