Public sector lender Indian Bank is proposing to divest up to 15,00,000 equity shares, constituting 17.91 per cent of the shares held by it in National Stock Exchange of India Ltd (NSE), by way of offer-for-sale in NSE’s proposed IPO, the bank said on Wednesday.“As part of the offer for sale process the consent letter has been executed on September 9, 2026,” the bank said in an exchange filing. The expected date of completion of sale/disposal is likely to be the end of September 2026 (indicative), it added.Dividend received by Indian Bank from NSE for FY26 was ₹29,31,25,000.Published on September 9, 2026
