The Adamawa State All Progressives Congress governorship candidate, Tijani Galadima, has unveiled his campaign agenda, banking on agriculture as the major sector to drive an industrial revolution in the state.

Speaking at a press conference on Wednesday in Yola, Galadima said that if given the mandate, his administration would establish agricultural processing factories to give farmers value for their farm products.

“Our farmers are getting far less for what they are producing; it is those that are processing their farm products that are benefiting from our farmers’ sweat,” he said.

“My administration will invest heavily in agriculture to generate revenue and create job opportunities for our youths and change the fortunes of our people,” he stated.

Galadima also disclosed that resolving insecurity would top his administration’s agenda to boost farming activities in the state.
