Sunbeth Global Concepts Limited, one of Nigeria’s prominent agro-commodities sourcing and trading companies, has successfully redeemed its ₦25.1 billion Series 1 Commercial Paper (CP), reinforcing the company’s financial credibility and highlighting the growing role of structured financing in Nigeria’s agricultural export sector.
The redemption was completed on September 4, 2026, the maturity date of the Series 1 notes, under the company’s ₦200 billion Commercial Paper Programme. The development marks an important financial milestone for Sunbeth as it continues to expand its operations across Nigeria’s agricultural value chain.
According to reports by Vanguard and The Sun, Sunbeth obtained regulatory approval in March 2026 to establish the ₦200 billion programme as part of efforts to support the continued expansion of its agricultural export activities. (Vanguard News)
