In the Kharkiv region, passengers and railway workers were injured as a result of a Russian strike during an evacuation from a train.
This was reported on Facebook by Oleksandr Pertsovskyi, chairman of the board of JSC “Ukrzaliznytsia,” according to Ukrinform.
“The train stopped to evacuate passengers, and we managed to save the staff and passengers from the worst. However, debris was scattered over a wide area. Seven people—railway workers and passengers—sustained shrapnel wounds (fortunately, mostly minor),” the post reads.
One of the injured is in critical condition, according to Oleh Syniehubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.
