'Even beyond the 161 models featured, there are countless body styles, powertrain configurations and trim levels, meaning there truly is an electric car for almost everyone.' The top-rated EV, according to Auto Express road testers, is the third-generation Nissan Leaf, which is produced at the Sunderland factory in the U1. Even after almost a decade in UK showrooms, the Tesla Model 3 remains one of the best small executive EV saloon options8.
