Covenant Emerges From Stealth With Anthem: a Long-Range, Heavy Payload Weapon System Built to Close the West’s Deep Precision Strike Gap

Covenant launched today with the opening of a 105,000-square-foot factory in Texas, alongside facilities in Germany and Israel, $250 million in capital, and signed contracts in the U.S., Europe, and abroad

Today's conflicts are consuming long-range precision strike missiles faster than the defense industrial base can replace them. To meet that need, Covenant is introducing Anthem, a heavy-payload, long-range weapon system designed for production in the thousands. Anthem delivers that payload and range at a fraction of the cost of comparable, legacy systems. Covenant also announced over $250 million in funding across three rounds led by Andreessen Horowitz, Founders Fund, Lux, 8VC, Aleph and Lightspeed.

“When you look at our adversaries, you see thousands of hardened targets, beyond the range of current capabilities,” said Michael Kaufman, Co-Founder and CEO of Covenant. “Anthem was built to credibly hold those targets at risk in a prolonged conflict. If our stockpiles run thin, so does our deterrence."
