According to the Dutch Railways, long-distance trains between Amsterdam and Berlin or Frankfurt/Main are affected, as are some regional trains that run between Germany and the Netherlands.
The disruptions are the result of an all-day strike by the trade unions to protest against planned cuts in the Dutch social system.
According to Deutsche Bahn, tickets purchased before September 3rd for the trains affected by the strike could be cancelled free of charge or used flexibly at a later date.
