The US military says it destroyed five Iranian crude oil carriers following Iran’s Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) ballistic missile attacks on a US Navy warship.

In response, IRGC says its forces targeted two American vessels and eight oil tankers, along with 10 additional “violating ships” accused of attempting to pass a “prohibited and unsafe zone” in the Strait of Hormuz.
