Just three months ago he left his fans fearing for his health when he announced his shocking prostate cancer diagnosis.But on Tuesday night, Jeremy Clarkson appeared in top form as he and his best friend Kaleb Cooper scooped the award for Best Reality Docuseries at this year's National Television Awards for Prime Video's Clarkson's Farm.Jeremy, 66, who shared his desire to enjoy a pint to celebrate his win, also revealed he only took two weeks off from farming duties.Now in remission, he said: 'I wasn't emotional, it was annoying.'I had a heart thing and I had a bit of cancer, but we're very lucky to live at a time when the doctors can mend you very quickly and easily, and I wasn't away really.'How long was I away, two weeks. I think Kaleb would say he was very disappointed when I came back after only two weeks. Jeremy Clarkson appeared in top form as he and his best friend Kaleb Cooper scooped the award for Best Reality Docuseries at this year's National Television AwardsHe added: 'I missed a lot of the harvest time.'His diagnosis came after a routine medical in May last year.A blood test showed unusually high prostate-specific antigen levels, leading to scans and a biopsy.Jeremy previously shared how he has altered his lifestyle and he now drives 'much more slowly'.Jeremy's other alterations include going on more walks and eating vegetarian food because he wants to be able to see his grandchildren grow up.He has two grandchildren through his daughter Emily and her husband Alex Andrew, Arlo, who is three, and Xanthe, 18 months.The former Top Gear host secretly underwent HIFU (high-intensity focused ultrasound) to target the tumour before announcing his diagnosis.He told The Sunday Times newspaper: 'I really like seeing my grandchildren.
