Tom Jones Says He Was Fired From ‘The Voice UK’: ‘I Did Not Want to Leave’

"There's never a good time to fire an 86-year-old who's still pretty good at his job," the pop-rock singer wrote on his Instagram.

The 86-year-old Welsh singer addressed his future on the ITV singing competition Tuesday (Sept. 8), sharing to Instagram that he was informed he would no longer serve as a full-time coach on the show’s upcoming 15th season.
