The Magadi Road police in Bengaluru are on the lookout for a gang of four men who allegedly stole a Ganesha idol kept for sale at a roadside stall in Dasarahalli in the early hours of Monday.The incident occurred around 4 a.m. near Magadi Road, when the suspects allegedly arrived in a goods vehicle, lifted the idol placed outside the temporary stall and fled the spot.The entire incident was captured on a nearby CCTV camera. The footage reportedly shows the four men arriving in the goods vehicle and carrying away the idol.The theft came to light after the CCTV footage was reviewed, leaving the stall owners shocked.
