Huawei Technologies faces a criminal trial in federal court in Brooklyn, New York, with jury selection beginning Tuesday on charges that include racketeering, bank fraud, trade secret theft, sanctions violations, money laundering, and obstruction. The company has pleaded not guilty on all counts.
The case, before U.S. District Judge Ann Donnelly, is expected to last about three months, according to Reuters. Potential jurors completed 27-page questionnaires that included questions about their views on the governments of China and Iran.
