Women are increasingly playing a prominent role in South Africa’s technology sector, building businesses, creating employment and developing solutions that are changing how people and organisations connect, operate and grow.
The Innovator Trust Women in Tech (WIT) Awards aim to recognise this contribution, with a particular focus on women-led small and medium-sized enterprises in the ICT sector.
The WIT Awards will return on Tuesday, November 24, 2026, with free virtual registration open to women across South Africa.
The 2026 awards will recognise the achievements of growing female-owned SMEs in South Africa’s ICT sector. The nominees and participants have taken part in the Innovator Trust’s Start-up Enterprise Development, Youth Entrepreneurship and Supplier Development incubation programmes.
