The number of people injured in Kyiv as a result of massive Russian attack on September 8 has risen to 16. Two people were killed.

According to him, “more than 50 facilities were damaged in the overnight combined attack on Kyiv, including residential buildings, a dormitory, school grounds, shops, gas stations, and a flour-production enterprise.” “Damage was recorded in many districts. Two people were killed in the attack in the Solomianskyi district. The number of injured residents has risen to 16. Everyone is receiving the necessary assistance,” Klymenko said.
He reported that explosions were heard in Kyiv for nearly five hours. Rescuers and police officers had been assisting civilians at the attack sites from the first minutes. Thirteen people were rescued, including people evacuated from a blocked premises in the Holosiivskyi district. Vehicles belonging to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine were also hit in a repeated strike.
