Russia launched a massive attack on Kyiv, damaging residential areas, as soon as U.S. President Donald Trump’s special envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner left Ukraine.
According to Ukrinform, this was stated by Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha on X .
“As soon as the U.S. President’s special envoys left, Putin launched yet another massive, horrific attack on Kyiv , damaging residential areas and killing at least two people. His ballistic missiles speak louder than his words about diplomacy. Strike after strike on residential buildings is not bringing him any closer to victory in this war — it is simply senseless terror,” the Foreign Minister said.

Every interceptor missile provided to Ukraine now is a life saved, Sybiha stressed, adding that missiles sitting in storage, including those nearing their expiration dates, should be put to work right now to protect Ukrainian skies.
