There was a big of a shakeup to open Week 1 of the High School On SI Washington High School Football Top 25 Rankings.The top three teams stayed in the same spots, while No. 3 Lake Stevens narrowly pulled out a 31-26 win over Graham-Kapowsin, a team previously ranked in the top five. Sumner and Puyallup stayed at No. 1 and No. 2, respectively, with two explosive wins on the road in Idaho. The Spartans handed the 2-1 Eagle its first loss after its triumphant 41-22 victory.O'Dea, the 3A state champion, climbed to No. 6 with its 56-28 win over Roosevelt. Six other 3A teams, which includes Bellevue, Sedro-Woolley and Lakes to name a few, pulled out wins over 4A programs.While Week 1 saw no teams fall out of the rankings, a few new under considerations to watch includes Mount Spokane and Tahoma.Here are this week's Washington High School Football Top 25 Rankings. 1.
