After the Medical Education Department wrote to the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) permitting admissions to 150 additional seats, KEA Executive Director H. Prasanna on Monday announced about the seat enhancement for the second round of counselling.He said, “Around 100 seats in Government Medical College in Bagalkot and 50 additional seats at Farooqia Medical College are added to the second round of medical and dental seat allotment. Interested candidates can enter their options until September 9.”Candidates wishing to participate in the second round must log in and give their consent. They will also be allowed to modify or rearrange their options. Candidates who selected choice 2 or choice 3 after seat allotment in the first round, as well as candidates who were not allotted a seat, can participate in this round.
