Miss World South Africa Romanda Hombir has been crowned Miss World Africa at the 73rd Miss World pageant, held at 2 April Square in Nha Trang, Khánh Hòa, Vietnam.
Hombir, 27, secured the continental title after representing South Africa at the international competition, where she impressed during the various stages of the pageant.
Joheirry Mola of the Dominican Republic was crowned Miss World 2026.
Speaking to Puerto Rican beauty pageant titleholder Danny Mejía following the grand finale, Hombir reflected on the significance of becoming Miss World Africa and the responsibility that comes with the title.
