Ukraine’s Foreign Intelligence Service held a meeting with national security advisers to the leaders of European countries.
The Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine (FISU) reported this on Facebook, according to Ukrinform.
The parties discussed Russia’s strategic plans and coordination of international efforts to pressure the aggressor state to end the war.
Particular attention was paid to the Kremlin’s plans for the fall and winter, primarily regarding an increase in ballistic strikes against Ukraine’s critical infrastructure and provocations against European NATO members.
The FISU said the Russians had accumulated around 400 hypersonic missiles of various types for the purpose and had deployed additional launchers in the border regions of Bryansk, Kursk, and Voronezh.
