Russian forces shelled 14 settlements in the Kharkiv region over the past day, killing four people and injuring eight others, while residential buildings and infrastructure were damaged.

Oleh Syniehubov, Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

“Four people were killed and eight people were injured as a result of the shelling,” the regional governor wrote.

According to him, in the town of Chuhuiv, a 45-year-old man, a 19-year-old woman and an 11-year-old boy were killed. A 40-year-old woman was injured, while a 28-year-old man and two 75-year-old women suffered acute stress reactions.

In the village of Bezruky in the Derhachi community, a 76-year-old woman was killed, while a 54-year-old woman and a 52-year-old man were injured. In the town of Derhachi, a 21-year-old man was injured and a 40-year-old man suffered an acute stress reaction. In the urban-type settlement of Kehychivka, a 55-year-old man was injured.
