Russian forces deliberately struck airports in Kyiv and Boryspil overnight.

According to Ukrinform, President Volodymyr Zelensky said this in a Facebook post.

"Last night, the Russians struck a civilian enterprise in Kamianske, in the Dnipro region, killing four people and injuring five others. My condolences to their families and loved ones," Zelensky said.

Residential buildings were damaged in several regions, including Kherson, Boryspil and the Kharkiv region. In Sumy and Mykolaiv, Russia struck shopping centers with drones.

"There were also demonstrative Russian strikes on our airports overnight – in Kyiv and Boryspil. Deliberate, for the first time in a while. Clearly, these Russian strikes on the airports are a reaction to the discussions and preparations for the possibility of the U.S. side using an aircraft to travel to Ukraine and land at Kyiv Airport or Boryspil Airport. Russian-Iranian 'shaheds' in response to American diplomacy," Zelensky said.
