An independent forecaster, Navdeep Dahiya, had predicted a fresh spell of heavy rain across Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurgaon and Faridabad from the afternoon through the late evening on September 5. Temperatures may range between 23 and 32 degrees Celsius, with humidity between 65 and 90 per cent.From September 7, the weather is expected to turn partly cloudy.
