The engineers have been accused of not inspecting or providing a proper certificate on the fitness of the school building.The zilla panchayat conducted a survey of all schools in the district before the beginning of the academic year, following which the engineers inspected all schools. They said that 628 school buildings were unfit. However, the name of the Mugaloli Tanda school did not figure in the list, said a letter from the zilla panchayat.
