Morgan Stanley is leading the revolving credit facility, which surpasses the roughly $10 billion Anthropic initially targeted

Anthropic PBC is on the verge of locking in a $15 billion revolving credit facility, according to Bloomberg, marking a significant milestone as the artificial intelligence company moves toward its expected public offering.

Morgan Stanley $MS is leading the facility, with Goldman Sachs $GS, JPMorgan $JPM Chase, and Citigroup $C also holding prominent roles, according to Bloomberg, which cited unnamed sources. Barclays and Wells Fargo $WFC are expected to take key positions as well, with Bank of America $BAC, Deutsche Bank, Royal Bank of Canada, and UBS also ranking high in the lineup. Bank of Montreal, BNP Paribas, Credit Agricole, Mizuho Financial Group, Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group, and Toronto-Dominion $D Bank round out the group of lenders.
