Bengaluru-based health intelligence company Ultrahuman has raised $70 million from investors including Qualcomm Ventures, Labcorp, Alpha Wave, Blume Ventures, Nexus Venture Partners, and Alteria.
According to Ultrahuman, the new funding will be used to expand research and development across sensing, AI, miniaturised electronics, and health algorithms, while increasing investments in clinical science and large-scale research.
The company said the funding marks the next phase of its evolution from a wearable health technology company to a human-computer interface company focused on the body.
Ultrahuman said its approach involves developing sensing technologies that sit close to the body to capture continuous signals and connect them with deeper biological data.
It plans to use increasingly sophisticated models, trained on real-world scientific data, to turn these signals into health insights.
