The Las Vegas Raiders are 10 days away from kicking off their 2026 NFL season when they take on the Miami Dolphins at Allegiant Stadium.On Wednesday, head coach Klint Kubiak officially named Kirk Cousins the starting quarterback, which was the assumption since the beginning of the offseason. With that known and the 53-man roster officially set, Las Vegas is now turning its attention to that Week 1 matchup against the lowly Dolphins. Those players account for almost $140 million in dead cap charges.The Dolphins have the worst wide receiver corps in the league, with Malik Washington arguably the WR1 on the roster. Quite frankly, other than running back Devon Achane and quarterback Malik Willis, Miami lacks talent across the board. You add those pieces to Maxx Crosby, who is even more motivated after what happened this offseason, and Las Vegas boasts a much-improved unit.Crosby has an opportunity to single-handedly wreck the Dolphins' operation because the offensive line is outright awful. Again, winning this game wouldn't be overly impressive, but the Raiders need to leave Week 1 with a 1-0 record.
