Srikakulam District Congress Committee president Sanapala Annaji Rao on Wednesday said that Srikakulam had witnessed a significant progress during former Chief Minister Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy who remained in the Congress Party till his last breath.He garlanded statue of YSR in Laveru of Srikakulam district on the occasion of his death anniversary. Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Annaji Rao said Mr. Rajasekhara Reddy had taken up Vamsadhara phase 2 and other irrigation projects and constructed Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences in Srikakulam.
