They are being supported by specialist officers.Jeremiah Maximo, 38, of Drydock Square, Barking, was arrested on Sunday following an investigation by BTP.Prior to the victim's death, the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) had authorised a charge of grievous bodily harm (GBH) against Maximo, the force said.Following the victim's death, BTP detectives will apply to amend the charge, with the application to be heard at a later date.Maximo, who has been remanded in custody, is due to appear at Highbury Corner Magistrates' Court today (Wednesday).Article continues belowDetective Superintendent Sam Blackburn said: "First and foremost, our thoughts are firmly with loved ones of the young man who has sadly died.
