Anthropic said it is reducing fees for some tasks with an update to its Fable model, in a move it said was in response to customer requests.
Fable 5.1 also improves its capabilities on tasks such as programming, long-running problem-solving tasks, and complex science-related tasks, such as reading information in dense diagrams and tables, Anthropic said.
More broadly, the start-up said it would now allow businesses to retain data on their own infrastructure, while continuing to carry out safety checks on that data.
