Keir Starmer is stepping down from his seat in the British Parliament to seek greener pastures outside government.The former British prime minister announced Tuesday that he will be vacating his office as a member of Parliament for Holborn and St Pancras following his handover of 10 Downing Street to Prime Minister Andy Burnham in July. He called his role as an MP a “huge honor and privilege” but said it was time to “pass the baton to a successor.”
