Dell $DELL Technologies posted record revenue of $47 billion in its fiscal second quarter, beating analyst expectations Tuesday and prompting the company to raise its full-year outlook for the second time this year.
The fiscal second quarter, which closed on July 31, saw revenue climb 58% compared with the prior year to $46.97 billion. Adjusted earnings per share came in at $7.04, up 203% from the same period a year ago. Analysts had expected $44.92 billion in revenue and $4.91 in adjusted EPS, according to CNBC.
