President Volodymyr Zelensky has formed a Ukrainian delegation to participate in negotiations with Canada on preparations for concluding a Centennial Partnership Agreement between the two countries.
This is stipulated in Decree No. 107/2026-rp dated September 1, according to Ukrinform.
“Form a Ukrainian delegation to participate in negotiations with Canada on preparations for concluding a Centennial Partnership Agreement between Ukraine and Canada as follows: (...)” the document says.
Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine Mariana Betsa was appointed head of the delegation. The delegation comprises 20 representatives from the government, the Office of the President and other government agencies. Among them are First Deputy Head of the Office of the President Serhii Kyslytsia and Deputy Heads of the Office Pavlo Palisa, Oleksii Sobolev and Ihor Zhovkva.
