Spirii, which was acquired by French B2B mobility service provider Edenred in 2024 and appointed Mathias Wiecher as its new CEO in April, specialises in EV charging management. Its software platform, Spirii Connect, unifies the management of charging infrastructure and charging services on a single connected platform, enabling charge point operators (CPOs), fleet operators and e-mobility service providers (eMSPs) to reliably operate, optimise and scale EV charging.
This platform is now receiving an update that significantly expands its functionality. New features include advanced roaming and network control, driver access and pricing, CPO agreements, charge detail record validation, invoicing and cost reimbursement, brand-specific driver experiences, as well as billing data and insights.
A consolidated view
This update is set to deliver several benefits: For fleet operators with many electric vehicles, the new tools will standardise charging management across depots, workplaces, employees’ homes and public networks. This will provide a consolidated view of the network, access, usage and costs.
For eMSPs and CPOs, the expanded features enable them to offer their customers access to public EV charging infrastructure under their own brand via public APIs, while simultaneously managing network access, pricing and billing through Spirii.
