New Delhi: Honda Cars India Ltd (HCIL) on Tuesday reported a 10.88 per cent rise in total sales to 7,508 units in August as compared to 6,774 units in the same month last year.Last month, domestic sales were at 5,385 units and exports at 2,123 units, Honda Cars India Ltd (HCIL) said in a statement.The company had registered 3,850 units in domestic sales and 2,924 units in exports during August 2025, it added."August delivered a strong sales performance with 40 per cent growth in domestic sales driven by robust festive demand starting from Onam and good response to New City and ZR-V," HCIL Vice President, Marketing & Sales, Kunal Behl said."We remain optimistic of retaining this momentum and building on the strong customer response across our portfolio," he added.
