Sony has announced new additions to its ULT Tower party speaker lineup, now offering options that are much more affordable.

The Sony ULT Tower collection kicked off back in 2024 with a pricey but powerful $1,200 speaker. The ULT Tower 9 launched earlier this year with a smaller, but still pricey $900 package. These speakers are designed with parties in mind, delivering music on a much larger scale than a traditional Bluetooth speaker.

Now, Sony is expanding the lineup.

Three new Sony ULT Tower party speakers are launching in September, starting with the most affordable of the bunch, the ULT Tower 5. This is the most compact of the bunch – it’s not exactly small – but Sony says it still delivers “impressive bass and sound pressure.” Like the rest of the lineup, it also features four sound profiles, including:

ULT1: Enhances deep bass for a rich, low-frequency sound that makes your heart tremble.
