Michael Wesley Poa, previously a spokesperson for Vice President Sara Duterte, will serve as a prosecution witness in her impeachment trial regarding alleged misuse of confidential funds.

Poa's extensive legal experience as a litigator may benefit the prosecution, but his familiarity with the case and previous role in the Department of Education could complicate matters.
