Four people were killed and 13 injured in the city, Zelensky reported on X.In Kyiv, a strike on a railway depot killed seven people.“Russia always calculates its strikes precisely so as to destroy lives as much as possible,” Zelensky said.He said Russia’s ability to cause mass casualties depended on whether Ukraine had sufficient air defense capabilities.Odesa and the surrounding region was also targeted by guided aerial bombs and drones from the evening onward.
