The 2026 Screen Music Awards will return to Brisbane’s Fortitude Music Hall on Wednesday, Oct. 28, marking the second consecutive year the ceremony has been held in the city, APRA AMCOS and the Australian Guild of Screen Composers (AGSC) announced.
The awards, presented jointly by the two organizations, recognize excellence in screen composition across 16 categories spanning short film, television, documentary, children’s programming and feature film work. This year’s ceremony falls within APRA’s centenary celebrations, marking 100 years of the performing rights organization.
