It comes after viewers saw Sally present the programme last week with BBC star Ben Thompson in Jon's absence.‌Fans were thrilled to see the duo back together once again this morning as Jon explained where he's been on his Instagram. Sharing a post on his social media on Monday, the 56-year-old could be seen smiling to the camera in front of a bright blue sea.‌He captioned the image: "Rested, relaxed and raring to go. Back on the @bbcbreakfast sofa with Sally on Tuesday morning after a blissful week with the family in Italy. Feeling very lucky indeed. Now looking forward to a busy autumn with the brilliant Breakfast team."It wasn't long before people commented on the post, with many sharing their excitement at seeing Jon and Sally present the show after his hiatus. Presenter Roger asked: "Have you had a nice summer break?"As Gethin replied: "It's been alright! We've missed you, though. It is nice to see everyone and be back with you for sure."
