Married At First Sight UK star Holly Ditchfield has revealed she has given birth to her twins four months early.

The reality TV star, 31, took to Instagram to share the news, uploading an image of twins Georgie and Marley.

The tots were born on August 26, weighing just 1lb 1oz and 1lb 2oz respectively.

Holly welcomed her two sons with partner Aaron Summers after just 23 weeks of pregnancy .

The babies are currently in neonatal intensive care unit.
