Lionel Richie, 77, has reportedly been hospitalized and is in the intensive-care unit. The singer checked himself into a local hospital after his concert in St. Louis on Sunday night, according to TMZ, in order to have some tests run, and he is now being treated. Doctors are reportedly looking into “slight dehydration” as the source of his illness and hope to discharge him by Tuesday. Richie seemed to fall ill near the end of his Sunday-night show at the Muny and asked for a chair so he could perform “All Night Long” while sitting down.
