Green Bay Packers running back Josh Jacobs was placed on the commissioner’s exempt list on Sunday, three days after he was formally charged with misdemeanor battery and criminal damage to property.Jacobs is not allowed to practice or attend games while on the exempt list, but he will continue to receive his full salary.
