President Bola Tinubu’s lawyer in the United States has argued that the President would have been indicted, arrested, and prosecuted if there were evidence linking him to drug trafficking in the country. Meanwhile, the Nigerian military has rescued 21 kidnapped victims, including 15 NYSC members, in Kogi State.

Former presidential aide Reno Omokri also defended Tinubu’s opposition to the release of his FBI records, while former Petroleum Minister Timipre Sylva resigned from the All Progressives Congress, describing the party as irredeemable.
