EFCC Chairman, Ola Olukoyede
ABUJA — The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) recovered more than N1.23 trillion and $684 million between October 2023 and June 2026, Chairman of the commission, Ola Olukoyede, has disclosed.
Olukoyede gave the figures on Monday at the EFCC headquarters in Abuja during a briefing on the achievements of the commission under his leadership.
He said the recoveries formed part of sustained enforcement, institutional reforms, prosecution, asset recovery, restitution and collaboration with local and international partners.
