Aug. 31 (UPI) -- Richard Gere is celebrating his 77th birthday.
The actor has entertained audiences for more than 50 years with his versatile roles, from to wily defense lawyer Billy Flynn in a 2002 adaptation of the Broadway musical Chicago.
